REWARD FOR KAGE: pick village/clan (both clan and created village CANNOT unite in one village), w/ 3-5 person cell, form a name,and u create random mission contests, get to choose what the draw off will be your team can also vote to decide if they want to compete in the draw off, majority rules, if tied vote then you compete anyways.

~ the draw off is simple: one team (good) chooses the subject matter to draw (naruto only) the other team (evil) starts it. then each team draws the subject, so far no winners mabey in future, right now its mainly to get a feel for everyones art and to enjoy art. thats it have fun

REWARD FOR AKATSUKI LEADER: 2 man cell pic village your missing from, choose name, random missions w/ contests, can wage a draw off between 1 village/clan, the village/clan vs your self and your partner, you or your partner can only wage draw off w/ the village you or your partner are originally from, no teaming up with another pair of people.
